We loved most the team at the 5th floor lounge- guys, you surely are the best, we enjoyed staying for tea and lunch...Moroccan cookies rule))) Thank you for this exceptional attitude to guests. It was our 1st time in Morocco, and at Four Seasons.. both went so smooth and we definitely want to repeat🤪

Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. (4) a staff who goes all out just to make a reservation at Iloli for me.

Our room was very large. Modern. Clean. Well designed. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Staff was extremely nice. Very welcoming and efficient. They allowed us a late check out since they gave us the room a little late. Good location. Sun beds at the pool were very comfortable and the double layer of white towels was simply luxurious.

The aroma used for the common areas is magical. I forgot to ask what it was. I would have liked to buy it if it was available.
